If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any physical merchandise to Steve Gavatorta Group, Inc. within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. All products have a restocking fee of 15% and will require the purchaser to ship the items to Steve Gavatorta Group, Inc. at the customers expense. Steve Gavatorta Group, Inc. will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. All digital product sales are final and not eligible for a refund. All items are shipped via UPS Ground (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 48 hours of your purchase. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you of the expected ship date. We do not ship over the weekend.
