Step 1: Customer-Centric Analysis

Through individual and team interviews, group discussions, field work, and discovery tools we identify your unique situational needs and developmental opportunity gaps – a snapshot of your company, its needs, and opportunities for growth.

To assist in this process, we will also use an array of assessment tools which would include one or several of the following: Behavioral, Personality, Motivational and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) based assessments – a 360 Feedback capability may be used as well.

We then build a program to strengthen your weak spots and help solve your most pressing problems. This program will utilize one or more of the following:

  • Group workshops (Thrive™ series)
  • Individual coaching and training
  • Speaking engagements
